Important Booking Information for Your Games Experience

• If you can’t make it to your scheduled game time, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +60106681311 as soon as possible.
• We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your game time. Groups arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed entry, and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. More than 24 hours before your session:

   • You can reschedule your session at no additional cost.
   • Alternatively, you may cancel your session for a full refund.

2. Less than 24 hours before your session:

   • No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

3. No-shows or late arrivals:

   • Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
